- What happens if you forgot your contribution envelope at home?
Please use any envelope and make sure to write your full name and envelope number on the envelope. - What do I need to baptize my child?
Children up to the age of 6:
Parents and godparents must attend one Baptism preparation session and then schedule a baptism.
Children 7 and over:
Child must attend religious education classes and follow religious education director's procedures for baptism. - Can my child be baptized with one godparent?
Yes, one godparent is needed for a baptism. If the godparents are a couple, they must be married. - Where are my tax statements?
Tax statements are provided with request. Tax statement request forms are located at both entrances of the church. Complete the form and put it in the collection basket or mail it to the rectory. Tax statements will be mailed.
